I wrote these songs over the past year, gradually fleshing them out and finally putting them together as one concept. In that year I left jobs, moved cities, and fully realized my purpose was to be my authentic artistic self. Expressing the love I've had for others is a huge part of that

Not wanting to waste time, I recorded everything in my small bedroom in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Montréal. All songs were recorded with a Zoom mic for the guitar and knock-off SM58 for voice, going through Ableton Live to dial in some reverb and delay. The music stands on its own so I went for a clean, simple style that I can easily replicate live

Nearby, there's an area called Terrain Vague or the Wasteland. The short story is it was abandoned industrial land locals took over to host raves, bonfires, that has since been appropriated to expand the port.
